At SKYPRO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, our return and refund policy ensures you know exactly how it works.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in line with European consumer law.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • The SD card (if included) must not have been used
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned
  • The return must be approved by our customer service team before shipping

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use.

 

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS


  • Within Europe: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Outside Europe: Contact our customer service for specific instructions; return costs will depend on your location.

 

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Contact us at contact@skyprocamera.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a tracked and insured delivery method (we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns).

 

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
